Band dues support instruments, uniforms, leadership camps, and student opportunities throughout the year. Thank you for keeping the Wildcat Band strong.

What Your Dues Cover

Dues vary by student role in the program. If you have questions about your student's fees, contact the Booster president.

Covers marching season fees, uniform maintenance, and transportation to performances and competitions.

Payment FAQ

When are dues due?
Dues are typically due at the start of the marching season. The Booster board will communicate specific deadlines via email and Remind. Check the band calendar for important dates.
What if I can't afford to pay full dues?
We believe every student deserves to participate. Scholarship assistance is available — contact Booster President Linda Louden at wwwbandboosters@gmail.com confidentially.
Can I pay in installments?
Please contact the Booster Treasurer to discuss a payment plan. We want to work with every family.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes — PayPal sends an automatic email receipt to the address used at checkout. Save this for your records.
What if I already paid through Membership Toolkit?
If you paid via Membership Toolkit, your payment is already on file. You do not need to pay again here. Check your Membership Toolkit account or contact the Treasurer to confirm.
